- I do not think oilers are a good ‘team’. 2 mega stars and a PP (and PK this playoffs). They rely on PP to win a lot of games. The coach agrees. McDavid agrees.

- I will not change my opinion because you don’t like it.

- If you read everything I’ve written in the matter I’ve stood by it but also pointed out I would never bet against McJesus. He’s just too good.

- the oilers winning the cup will not change my life at all. It will not change your lives either as much as you want it to. It’s hockey way he’s on tv.

- I have done (and maybe continue) what effectively everyone here does. Chirp other teams. Take a look at Oildrum he is almost on the Canucks board chirping more than on this one. That’s just the name of sites like these. If you are easily angered or offended this probably isn’t the right for you.

- I just want Lordy to stand up for his convictions. He is supporting a business that forces something on their employees (wink wink poke poke). That’s weak. Classic fence sitting liber.

Whine - take a peek at the oilers players and coaches comments during the playoffs about not getting calls - also watch each shift where at least one oilers is yelling at the ref or flipping.

That sure is a lot of lol’s. There have been mediocre teams that have rode a tender to a cup, a couple players hot streak, a trap system- and so on…..it’s like you don’t understand the game at all eh

Edit: effective trans win cups. Not always the best teams. Again, should the oilers (I mean McJesus) win the cup - no it would be deserved. The PP and 97/29 deserve it. They are phenoms. No apologies or footnote explanation required. That’s hockey sometimes.
