If there is any truth to do, the Flyers should look to get multiple assets for Konency. A first and young player ready to make the jump to the NHL. Speaking for myself, I’ll be pissed if they extend TK.

MM will have a very long leash with Torts. With what it likely took to get him here, Torts isn't going to hamper this guy one bit.

A lot of Flyers rumors this week. I hope they are looking to make deals with Ottawa. For two seasons now Ottawa has believed they’ll be something special. Let them think that. Give them one of TK or Frost and pull Shane Pinto away. This isn’t me beating up on Frost, I’m just saying if he isn’t a fit, get someone who is.

Signing ns and rp to extensions says it is not a rebuild. Reporting that there is interest in signing ej says it is not a rebuild

To be fair, the Hawks went out and got Taylor Hall, Nick Foligno, and Corey Perry last year after drafting Bedard. They are still clearly rebuilding.

While I’m inclined to believe the Flyers have never meant to do a true rebuild, those moves don’t really indicate it either way.

I would still think the likelihood of any trades are the same today as they were yesterday.

It will change nothing about his approach. The guy is a complete ass. What is the over/under on Michkov being healthy scratched in the first 20 games? How about by Xmas? How about end of year?

I predicted prior Torts wouldn’t make it through the year. I’m sticking to that.

I’d be just fine with that. I just don’t want to give him away for nothing. He’s a very solid top six winger that’s not over the hill by any means.

Agree. They need to be bad again next year to draft one of the top centers. But getting him out of SKA or Sochi will be good for MM.

So the big question is will the Flyers guarantee him a roster spot???? Some on here feel high end talents like CG and ,now MM I guess shouldn't be guaranteed spots. Sure hope he can earn a spot. SARCASM

Maybe, though it is also very likely that 2024 draft picks are involved and both teams want to see who is still on the board before trading them. I guess we will find out soon.
