Little expensive for Ehlers, but I do like the lineup a lot. That forward group would finally have 4 solid lines. 4th needs help, but IMO even with a lesser 4th liner addition, that would round out the group pretty nicely. No?

The Jury is out on the two 2023 picks, but, the hit rate league wide for 2nd round picks is well below 50%. For isntance, Former NHL general manager Doug MacLean said his math over the last decade showed that only 15% of second round picks ever become impact players. I don't think KA has done a good job at the NHL level, but drafting (mostly done by Fortsen) has been good.
