Aside from Ostlund, I don’t think anybody else in the pipeline has a similar playing style to Helenius.

I’m just as shocked and disappointed as anyone else they couldn’t close on Ehlers.

It’s ok to be upset about the lack of hockey trade and still acknowledge Helenius can be exactly what this team is lacking in the middle 6

At this point after 4 years of Adams inability to do anything but sign fringe NHL players our only hope is Lindy Ruff.

Using the 2025 1st should be a must in any deal if necessary.

Using that pick sends a message, along with parting with one of the prized prospects.

Terry struck out so much with trades/free agents, he choose to build completely through the draft, a 10 year plan.

He needed a front man with no other options, whose job it is to look like they are trying to make trades, sign FA’s but really it’s just a front.

Failure was planned, development continues, it’s only year 5 people. Trust the 0-13 billionaire.

75% of FA will know where there heading by July 1st. Leaves the Sabres with about 2% chance of landing anyone meaningful. Nobody wants to come to Buffalo and Adams isn't a good enough Salesman to change that. He really believes you have to want to be in Buffalo to play for the Sabres. Instead of selling them as you are huge 1st piece to us making a huge push and attracting other players. You can help us make Buffalo attractive.
