Rasmus Ristolainen hits people. So does Ryan Reeves and Jacob Trouba
Should they go trade for them too? - ImThatGuy
YES
Absolutely yes if it takes a 2nd and they agree to a payout down to the Vet Min or thereabouts.
Good thinking... Send the fax. |

Kevyn has zero Plans.
He has hopes and thoughts, none of which are consummated plans.
Furthermore, he is completely inept. |

My guess is he doesn't get bought out.
Lindy will ride him like a mechanical bull all year and probably get 25-30 goals out of him. |

I wouldn't be so sure the BO happens.
Why do so if they don't acquire a replacement?
Then add in his typical 50-65pts.
Doesn't make sense to me anyway. |

I’ve read in the past how Karmanos and others were smart hires. Do any of them have input into what kev is doing? Or were they all hired cuz they are yes men? |

Apparently not. We don’t use them |

I don’t understand why that cost the 43rd pick in the draft.
Every single trade today was an overpay, but what we did takes the cake by far |

Noice.
Real question, cuz I'm only basing off what I have seen the last few years: did Granato coach the players to not hit or finish checks? It sure seems like our guys peeled away from contact almost every time.
If so, can we logically assume Ruff's system will reverse that and result in us being harder to play against, regardless (mostly) of who our players are?
In other words, shouldn't we be better this year simply from having a coach that's not a wuss?
And no, i'm not being an Adams apologist...in fact I feel like Linus Van Pelt, waiting for the Great Pumpkin (KA) to finally show up and shower our pumpkin patch with toys one of these years. If only our patch was more sincere. |

They seem to be decent at drafting... Able to project decently about what a 17/18 yo translates to at the next level.
They friggin blow at analyzing existing players IMO. By now, the 1st analytical filter should be, filter out all players with some form of NMC/NTC term. It would save them alot of time.
