They friggin blow at analyzing existing players IMO. By now, the 1st analytical filter should be, filter out all players with some form of NMC/NTC term. It would save them alot of time.

rosen has not done much in the ahl

aside from kulich being ok over there

none of their second or third round prospects are doing much other than bringing us stillman

the 2 russians in the second round look like busts

the goalie in the 2nd round looks like a dud

maybe some of these more recent ones will turn out or be the next 2021 draft blunders

Just because players don't want to sign a extension right of the Bat, doesn't mean they don't want to be a Sabre. He has to understand it's his job by the end of the Year to make the Team good enough for that player to want to Stay. He is to scared to lose a trade.
