Sam & Verhagee picked the right night to bump out of their slumps.

Heck of a final and it truly was the best two teams in the league going at it this year which was nice to see.

Edmonton needed to pull Skinner with roughly 3:50 remaining when they had the top guns out there. I got PTSD watching them bungle that decision after watching Donnie blow it 20+ times this year.

Florida needed to win it this year before an offseason of uncertainty, and they did it.

Kudos to them, and now they are the second team to win the cup with a goalie making >10% of the cap. I now will take my L for saying that Bob’s contract would be the deal breaker for them.
