Skinner has worked himself out of the top 6 on this team. He is not a bottom six guy, meaning he he does not have the compete, defense, toughness, grit to play a bottom 6 role. He needs to be complemented by top guys to have any success.
He’s been terrible in the PP as well. It’s time to move on if we are serious about fixing this team

Easy. Necas is a very good player. Necas also is a bigger body and great skater with speed.

Skinner speed was declining. He’s 32 and no longer a top 6 forward quality player worth 9 mill

However, last seasons 53pta was 7 more than Skinner's 46 in a down year. He Advanced Analytics are better either.
