I'd probably say Zegras' value is at an all time low as well, so they are comparable to some extent, but I get it.

Interesting too how this has changed. We used to be decent at trades, waiting a long time but getting the right deal, but were absolutely awful at drafting. Now our drafting has improved and our trades are just nightmarish. I know the regimes have changed, so it's understandable, but amazing that we bounced between polar opposites.

He outscored him by 3pts in 21-22 and McLeod played 26 more games than Kakko, Kakko scored 40 the next year, and last year McLeod again played 20 more games then Kakko but Kakko scored more goals

While their prospect pool ranking is inflated due to the number of picks, I do think most have been pretty good. Savoie pick leaves something to be desired, but they've nailed a lot more of the 1st and 2nd round picks recently, which is really the bigger deal/issue we had. From Quinn and Peterka to Benson and Wahlberg, they have made a lot of good choices. We have to remember even 1st rounders are only a 50% hit rate nowadays.

Wahlberg or Kulich (not both)

Peterka is the only one to point to atm.

Quinn and Benson are two of my favorite players right now. Is there anything exceptional about them as picks? Not yet.
