I don't think it's really a bad pick, but for the picks in that range, it wasn't anything noteworthy either.

Quinn has 58pts in 104gp for a .58ppg pace on a bad team.
Perfetti has 75pts in 140gp for a .54ppg pace on a good team.
Lundell has 107pts in 216gp for a .50ppg pace on a great team.

I'd say Quinner is at least equivalent. Jarvis is the only one you can say is definitely better than him, as well as the rest, but he would've been an even wilder reach than Jack at that spot. All project to be 2nd line players, so it's more of a style choice. Jack's defensive game is very good, so it's even harder to say he was a bad pick.

Depends on what Calgary is looking at and how big do they want to go. Andersson would be nice, But we would have to definitely add for that. Should have tried for Mangiapane when they had the shot.

I think you pay as much of more for him as you do Zegras. Think you'd have to add quite a bit to that. Swap Joker for RyJo and add a big prospect/pick, something like that.

And the cost will be an overpayment but honestly at this point it’s been 14 years of wishing prospects do something and I would like to move on to seeing what a real NHL roster looks like
