Talented kid, something we really don't have In the prospect pool. Come in and Fight for a Winger spot, there's one for the taking. Just because you don't make it out of Camp if you keep fighting doesn't mean you don't finish the Year with the Sabres
Yeah - I lived in Buffalo at the time, so the concert was over 30 years ago. Crowes on first and were great, then it poured and they cancelled Warrant, Metallica on 3rd, in their prime and they were great, Aerosmith was okay. Weird grouping of 4 bands, all very different styles. - turbo044
'IT was just Toronto and Rochester where Warrant played - I Think they were booed off the stage in Toronto the previous show. place emptied out after Metallica - I walked to the front row for Aerosmith.
Rochester - was there - before Metallica - after the thunderstorm - they played War Pigs (Cover by Faith No More) - and the entire stadium sang along - made the hair stand up on my neck - atlsabsfan
Seems about right, you have a better memory than me

This guy, Rick Beato, deep dives into songs, records, has great interviews with incredible musicians, etc. Originally from Rochester, NY, lives in Atlanta now. His YouTube channel is just incredible.
Thanks. Just watched a couple Beato interviews this week. Good stuff. Watched his interview with Paul Gilbert a little while back. Gilbert said his dream audition would be to audition to be the Crowes lead guitarist.

Interesting how the Dman are involved. Supposedly Joker was in the Original offer from Buffalo to Winnipeg. Guess when that fell apart Winnipeg switched to Coghlan RD RFA from Carolina

Best song on a great record. Just listened to a 3 hour interview w Brendan O'Brian, who helped engineer this record (among a thousand other great records), and he talks quite a bit about it (if you're a music nerd/musician, of which I am both, you'd find it interesting). - Powerslave
I saw the Black Crowes open for Aerosmith not long after Shake Your Money Maker was released. I was in HS at the time and not at all into classic rock, Aerosmith was good but we were there to see the Crowes. I remember Chris Robinson being a bit cocky and obnoxious on stage which pissed off many of the Aerosmith fans. As a result they got a lot of boos, but they still put on a great show.

I think I would tell him I'll guarantee him 30 games in Top 9 and out line Performance Expectations for each of L1,L2,L3 on a avg per game rate... Realistic ones that would help the Sabres ...
I.e.
*L1 = 0.60ppg,
*L2 = 0.45ppg,
*L3 = 0.40ppg
Don't hit those, it is down to AHL after those 30games.

Hey Kids, you like the Rock n Roll? I think we can all agree that Good Times Bad Times is the GOAT first song on a debut album. People must've been blown away hearing Bonham's triplets on the single pedal base drum for the 1st time. I'm not saying it's #2, but this gem from Shake Your Moneymaker is up there.

The whole album is good
most never heard of them, and they weren’t around very long. - Ratsreign
Audley Freed was in Cry of Love, later to become the Crowes guitarist for a couple albums.

Include a cost controlled D Prospect in the deal . That's what the Peg need going forward... Mix in B prospect like Rouse and 25-1st
