Forgot to mention exercise. I shoot for walking at a good pace for at least 20 minutes daily, 30 minutes at a more moderate speed. - boilermaker100
Yea i shoot for 70s but unfortunately i don't have as much time for golf as i used to so 80s it is lately. Walking 18 holes 2 to 3 times a week, i just got back this am from playing 18, get such a good pace when you go early in the am, usually under 4 hours |

Walking 18 is actually a lot of exercise. Love when I get a round in under 4hrs. Once I started avoiding big numbers, I started shootings mid 70s pretty consistently. Rarely do I make a double bogey these days. Good short game certainly helps. |

It really does, i finally have cut down on the 3 puts, maybe once or twice a round, i changed up my chipping technique this year, I've been practicing the Dan Grieve 3 releases and in the beginning of the season yikes, but finally I'm inside of 10 feet for a possible up and down 75% of the time.
I will also add, i can't recall a windier golf year. I think for as much golf as I've played this year, 9 out of 10 times there's been at least a 10mph wind or greater. |

The out of touch French bourgeoisie.
The quote is taken to reflect either the princess's frivolous disregard for the starving peasants or her poor understanding of their plight.
They didn't need the media to placate the problems with lies, because they weren't able to just say the economy isn't better (like it wasn't during Covid) because the reality was far worse for the peasants...they had no cell phones to allow them on line to disreagrd the important FACTS...they felt the facts.

News: Kuznetsov and Carolina team mutually agree to part ways. He has not produced or shown that he could be the scorer he never really lived up to.
Perhaps in an offensive role in the KHL he will flourish and record descent scoring numbers. The new challenge for him should prove easier due to the level of competition and perhaps less pressure upon him to produce. I surmise that he should be in good shape due to the hockey training/conditioning inherently historicly upheld in the KHL
BTW no interest for the Blackhawks don't waste money on him even later if he returns to NHL..Nor BTW waste money on the very slow free agent Anisinov (former Blackhawk).
Kuznetsov, a former Washington capital, probably is youthful.enoigh to.get in shape and prove he can score albeit in the KHL. However his former teamatte, Overchkin, last season looked as slow as molasses being poured.unlike Ovechkin's contemporary, Sidney Crosby - who just signed a new contract and is still expected to be productive, Ovechkin is probably at the end of the line whether he plays another year in the NHL
Ovechkin possibly endears himself to an off season training workout/program and comes back to show he isn't finished just yet. I hypothesize.that he can beat only Putin in recreational hockey which would mean Putin does loose at least once when he is on the ice. For those who do not know, Putin is a hockey fan and participant. This is not an attempt making political commentary |

After a very slow start, Ovechkin ended up with 31G and 34A playing primarily with Strome as his center. I wouldn't write his obituary yet. |

Hockey Canada´s summer camp roster has been posted. I checked for Hawk names but was disappointed to see none. I guess I will not be watching any of their matches during the next WJC unless an opponent features one of our guys. |

Yep, don't have to move to Europe or Japan to eat healthy. I've been on a heart healthy diet since February and lost several pounds and cholesterol levels are way down. It just takes will power. Several servings of fruits, vegetables and unsalted nuts daily, more lean meat, more seafood, more fiber, very little canned food and deli meats, no fast food, less alcohol. - boilermaker100

How do you just terminate a contract though?
I thought you couldn't do that with the CBA. |

St Ignatius grammar in Rogers Park on the north side, Loyola BA. High school Gotdon ‘68. Your friend was in my brother’s class who was all state in basketbal and he played four years of basketball at Loyola. Your friend probably remembers my brother. If there was a way to communicate privately I would exchange names. My broyher used to gusrd coach K when gordon played weber. Small world. - LFS
You are in Spain, LFS, and are Gyula Szabo’s little brother.
THE PM (private message) button lets you post directly to me/you.
Your brother was in Artie Lange’s homeroom, —4A. My friend Bob was in 4B, but Bob knew your brother through Artie.
Bob also says your brother was a "Hell of a nice guy. Always polite. Always seemed like the grown up in the room." |

Team and player need to agree. Rarely happens because who’s going to let go of their last million dollar gig? Kuznetsov will go to the KHL where all the best former NHL women abusers go, where he can do blow and flap his arms late into his 30s. |
