My intent was to cheer on the Oilers a Canadian team on their run to the SCF and it appears the Trolls keep following me around rent free in their heads and all. There’s a change.org petition with about 3,900 signatures so far asking the Oilers not to hire Stan Bowman. It started up on July 1 when he was reinstated. Perhaps you could post the link in your article to get some more traction to it. I’m pretty sick about the hiring, has completely tainted the upcoming season for me

Yeah, I'm with you on this one. Despicable hire. Been an Oilers fan for more than 40 years, but I can't ignore this decision. Hopefully the reaction is universal condemnation and the Oilers correct their course before the season starts, but the fact that we got to this point at all can't be erased. Stain on the Oilers, stain on Katz and JJ went from hero in this town to persona non grata. Screw that guy! (and look the other way)
