Also to say Bowman was complicit in the assault is blatantly misleading. The independent report found that the organization badly mishandled Beach’s allegations well after the actual act.

I am not pardoning Bowman (or the Blackhawks management) for his/their lack of action or cover up when the initial issue with Kyle Beach came to light. But you have the opportunity to read the report and then form a more informed judgement.

Consider taking this to DM with him. It is just like getting a room.
