I can see Hoglander being traded if Tocc doesn't believe he can get to the level they want him at. He's one of their best trade chips for a team looking to add someone to their roster right away. It would only happen around the TDL/later in the season, and only if they don't think he's gonna turn out well, plus other players (Sprong, Heinan) are making him more expendable.
