That would make sense for the muscle thing. Prolonged anabolic use can degrade tendons. But that knee/leg injury last year was just bad luck, as was Poz's broken arm.

IMO a mistake letting broberg go

Dylan Holloway (LW) at age 22 with 89 NHL games producing 9/9/18 (0.20 ) is worth $2.3m OS.

Krebs (C) at 23 with 215 NHL games producing 66 pts (0.31ppg), including 22 in 48 games 2 years ago is minced meat...playing with likes of Okie, Girgs, JJP, Skinner, Robinson, Olofsson. The only good player was JJP, as Skinner is now the anti-christ.

It's a very curious case for Adams. Where does he really fit? He is a C only, as previous stints on the wing were disasters, but is there really room for him? I don't think so. His trade value is likely a 3rd, if we assume it would be equal to an OS of over $1.5m.

If the Farabee deal is dead, trade him to Danny for their '25-3rd.

He's not, but where does he fit. Are they willing to give him a shot. Think he would already be signed if they were. For a most have piece in the Eichel trade. They really F@cked Up developing him.

you can't pay a third defenseman 4.6M on a championship caliber team. Holloway should be kept at his cost but it likely means they need to trade out Cody Ceci for a pick once Evander Kane returns.

At that point, the cumulative cap should be enough to call up Connor Carrick.
