noice. i would rate church's crispy as being better than KFC's. by a lot. problem is there are mostly in areas where a white man is not really welcomed with open arms.

all of the fast food chicken joints here hit the skids like 5 or 10 years ago. kfc is gross, popeye's has no flavor, etc.

iirc, royal farms started selling chicken in baltimore at what i think were just little gas station stores. i remember being in one when in was a kid in ocean city, maryland before they started popping up here. i'm pretty sure the chicken is what keeps them going.

that once a year that i want chicken, i get it from royal farms now. the bucket was taken, so it comes in a big ziplock suitcase bag type of contraption. it's weird, but it works.

but then, in some, no one wants to go there.

yeah that sucks... I get that you can find racism basically anywhere but to have certain neighborhoods where you should or shouldn't go depending on if you're black/white is going pretty far, at least from my perspective. I'd probably have a hard time finding a place like that here in Quebec or even throughout Canada, sure there are areas that are more populated by specific communities but I don't think I'd feel unsafe in any of them.

I feel like his family name just means "podcast" in russian.

anyway I wonder if this has anything to do with EDM trying to deal with the recent offer sheets thrown their way by STL.

Holloway is probably gone, cause it's a big difference in pay. Maybe they try to keep broberg now

yeah well the quality of their products may have degraded but being a kid helps a lot when it comes to enjoying artery-blocking food like KFC... you don't really give a poop about how bad it is when you're 8 and all you care about is getting the new ninja turtle figurines loll.

yeah you'd think keeping their young defenseman might be more of a priority for them considering defense wasn't necessarily a strength of theirs to begin with.

i just remember it being different. so much less grease. and the chicken wasn't wet and slimy like this.

now, the chicken is guaranteed to at best disagree with your digestive system and the sides are like frozen microwave meal quality.

I've heard he did rather well during the playoffs but I'm guessing at 23 he's still learning and is prone to making mistakes, which could bring some fans to think it might not be worth matching the offer sheet... ideally though they should probably keep him, unless I'm mistaken they don't have a bunch of high-end prospects that are soon coming up and that could be filling that role as early as this season.

I agree that it does seem to be soggier, like a deformed sponge soaking up all of that pure transfat and cholesterol.

Issue is that Bouchard and Drai are up next year and McDiveid after that. They'll need to save where they can. And if he doesn't pan out that's a lot for broberg and nurse

the olden days chicken left your fingers greasy, sure, but not like this where the napkins actually tear and stick to your hands instead of wiping this sludge off.
