No the audio wasn't confirmed previously.

You may feel it's no biggie but others beg to differ, myself included - it offers some unique insight into the dynamics of these 3.

To that end it shows (at least at that moment in time) that AM and WN were tired of the female doging and whining from Marner. Nylander knew he was mic'd up and to me that means he very well may have pulled his punches a bit on what he said - had he not been mic'd up I'd be interested to hear what he would have said.
