Mentioned something similar the other day. We have no shortage of bottom 6 players in the pipeline and we need room for some. Kakko hasn’t proven he belongs over them. Trading kakko now creates cap space and gets us more assets for the TDL.

It sucks to say, but they’re at worst equal at this point. Kakko hasn’t scored a goal like Othmann did last night his whole career. Factor in the money savings, and not looking good for his future here.
