Definitely, this was a bad matchup D wise for the Bills. Are injuries played into there strengths on Offense. And the Bills have to find someone who can scare someone 30 yards down the Field, they stacked the Box all night and our Oline got manhandled

In classic Buffalo fashion the Bills fumble the bag hard right before the Sabres start. This will be a hockey town for 2.5 weeks until the Sabres start 2-5-1.

Any sober agent would be telling him to do the same. He has Boston over the barrel. I expect 9.5-10M. Why they didn't get the contract done BEFORE trading Ullmark is beyond me. Neely (frank)ed that up in a big way.

Could’ve pressed for a decision from Swayman much earlier in the summer, before trading Ullmark. Then he at least had the ploy available that he would trade Swayman instead of Ullmark.

Just as hard as trading Swayman now. Only difference is that if they had Ullmark still, they aren't under the gun and Swayman doesn't have the same leverage. If, two months ago, when contract talks were breaking down, they decide to trade Swayman, they get a haul. Now, they got a mid return for Ullmark and have their starter holding out, with no cards in their hand left to play outside upping the offer.
