my youngest and SIL left for a vacation they had scheduled the day before and were NC. my oldest and her mother stayed but they never lost power and are okay.

yeah, they kinda were but luckily it wasn't as bad as predicted for them. and my cousin and his wife got lucky cause it veered away from really slamming FT. Myers.

my relatives went to georgia and the 2 older ones stayed in their hotel room but my aunt went out to see what georgia was all about. the pictures look nice. and she found an old fashioned drug store with the soda fountain/ice cream counter and all like they used to have in the old days.
