Devon Levi is the Sabres' starting goalie tonight vs. the Panthers.

JJ Peterka won't play. Lindy Ruff anticipates that Peterka will be ready next game.

Wilford has not helped 1 Dman grow his game since he's been in Buffalo. I have been calling for his head for atleast 3 years now, am I missing something ?

Horrible 8! What is Dahlin with proper Coaching and partner ? What is Power. Sabres are Horrible with getting good Leadership and Coaching that help these players develop.

Yup, assumed they'd treat him as a #1 to start the season. Just makes it more Sabrey to anoint Levi last season and overplay him until he gets hurt.

I was thinking JJ and Benson so far. They need to get Power a proper partner that helps him grow his game. Wilford definitely isn't and if they don't, this could be what Power is.

Benson is good and surprisingly successful for his age, but would likely be a 3rd line guy on most teams with depth. I kind of see him as a sold 3rd line winger with some 2nd unit PP time. His size will always be an issue

Wasn't trying to argue with you yesterday about Novikov, just want to get some of these kids some experience and maybe see something. Really turning into a disappointing 5 years of drafting. IMO
