Be thankful that you don’t have the Roger’s Canadian feed. Being absolutely homers over the interference call. Still harping on it. This is the new standard for interference bump the goalie when he’s in the blue when the shot is coming and it’s being called back
- Hextall271

I thought the goal the oilers had called back was a terrible call. It’s didn’t look like he barely touched him if at all. I thought on Michkov’s 1st, skinner never had the puck…pretty weak play by the goalie on the post…Oilers frustrated, but still very dangerous.

And they tried to overturn the first MM goal as a major assault on the goalie.

Yup. But if Rocky gets torched for a no skill PP you gotta give him some love when he gets skill and it works.
- Minnyhock

Personally I think coaches are a bit overrated. You put enough skill out there and no matter how you draw it up they are going to adapt and create.

From the above look hyman contacted his blocker as the shot came in. I don’t think it should be called like this but it seems to be the standard now.

They’re going to be mad the rest of the game. We need the next goal and have ti hope to hold on.

Look, it was a clear penalty. Ersson was in the crease and the Edmonton player came to the crease on his own power, not pushed, and hit him before the puck came. That’s text book goalie interference.

I really hate ESPN+

There's the game, yet it says "This is not part of your tv package"

I'm starting to just not give a (frank) about the NHL anymore

I tried that years ago, didn't enjoy it. Getting the stream isn't the problem, it's paying for something and they don't provide the service.

ME!!!

He was easily the #2 pick that draft year, but my worry was the Flyers organization getting the job done. Clearly Danny is good at giving vodka handys.

Imagine if they picked Leonard....

People complain about every aspect of the organization but rarely do we give DB kudos for this pick. There was real concern about when he’d come over. I speak to Habs fans all the time who are furious that they didn’t take him when they had a chance. To me, he may end up being the second best player behind bedard in that draft.

I don’t wear glasses. It was a clear penalty. Even Dave Jackson said it was the right call

Michkov probably deserves most of the credit for telling the teams ahead of the Flyers to (frank) off.

I'd love to still talk about Lindros being the GOAT Flyer but we got a new era to cheer for here

Ok then the definition of elite is something else then. The Flyers have been starved for Mega Duper Duper Elite Skill.

New name, same thing.

I guess the Flyers don't need elite skill....they have Konecny and Tippett. The new Era of Elite.

Yeah that was the biggest thing, but I would love to know why he wanted the Flyers. Maybe when he retires we will finally hear the real story.

Haha. Thats a good one. If he saw the commentary on here he’d have asked Putin to send him to the front lines rather than to Philly… haha
