Quinn is really dragging down that line, along with some questionable decision making by Cozens.
Maybe it was Peterka who was driving that kid line all along...? - kingcong39
Achilles injuries are tough, I don't know if that's it. But with as much pushing off and step overs you do in Hockey that really works that area. He just looks slow doing everything at this point.
And I would move Cozens from C and when Benson is Healthy I would like to see a bit of Benson Kulich Cozens as a line.

Confusing on Quinn because he looked good after returning from both injuries last season.
For the sake of prospective, is trading a 2nd round pick for Beck worst than using the 14OA pick on Zemgus Girgensons? I assume we all hope Konsta Helenius is not Girgrensons 2.0, but what do we think the typical 2nd round pick turns into (especially with this org making the selection, because JJ Peterka is not typical). How does Beck stack up against some of the more recent Sabres high 2nd round picks?
I see a star, 4 busts, one too early to tell. Beck is bad. If he was traded for a 5th rounder, I wouldn’t care. It was a terrible move. He’s fast. That’s it. Bad advanced metrics. The one thing he was supposedly good at being on the PK is still below average. In short, trading a second rounder should net a better player than Beck. Period. End of discussion.

Stats sheet didn’t do it justice but Dahlin looked really good tonight - lulags
I believe Lindy said he was close to 100% again. If it's a hernia, that's hard to believe, so not sure what to think. He did look like his old self yesterday though. Almost everybody did tbh.

And, for once, I may have been wrong...
About McLeod.
Better than I'd ever seen in EDM. He's not just playing positional hockey, but smart hockey. Still think Savoie will end up being a comparable player, but the trade doesn't look so Malenstynish anymore.
That being said, don't get used to it (frank)ers, this officially makes me 107-1 in the takes department. Speaking of which...

Savoie is playing with Seth Griffith and the Drake in Bakersfield

Mystifying play from him. - kingcong39
Agreed, not sure why its a problem this year all of a sudden. Something else is off about him
One sequence in particular he carried the puck through the neutral zone in slow motion which let the stars backcheck and turn the puck over just inside their blue line to go the other way. Dragged the entire rush down to his speed and it killed the play
Kulich needs to stay here. Tough to see it happening if he doesn't start scoring though
