You don't have to go that route. I've been generally positive on the team this season. Bigger picture, those are very real questions. They made a drastic change of directions and a number of pieces don't fit. Kulich struggling to find a spot is just the first in a series of decisions facing them.

It's October, if next year isn't on your mind, I get it. That's just how I'm wired.

Canadian teams and their stars draw bigger crowds.
Local teams (drivable distances) draw bigger crowds
Weakend and rivalry games always draw more as well

My post was mainly directed to bloated contracts given to players after very little done in the NHL. Minus Dahlin as he had looked very good for stretches.

Now they got these contracts that were not deserved, and we expect Ruff to make a 4mil dollar player to a 7mil player. Not fair to Ruff. Boo Adams

Kulich hasn’t been struggling in my eyes. He is at very low risk of being a healthy scratch imo.
He needs to find the right linemates as well.

I’m still focusing on this year admittedly. Game to game on this roller coaster.

I like what I saw at home vs. la despite the loss
Sabres need to win home games for the remaining faithful.

Really fun game to be at , better than the bills blowout of the titans

Dahlin could be injured
Cozens is just in a rut
Sammy sucks and we never noticed because he was always hurt and youngish.

Worry about JJ first

McLeod's line is playing L2 minutes for last 5 games at 5v5.

I cite that because maybe McLeod is your 2C.
If he continues to progress as such, maybe Helenius slots in as 3C. Cozens can then slot in on RW on L2 or L3... Or become trade bait. Others like Quinn and Zucker should take note as well.
Having young guys on ELC's and Bridge deals to replace more costly, older vets is a problem I would welcome with open arms.

Seems premature to be worried all that much about it.

I'm still considering Cozens and Quinn part of the picture. If this is still a problem at Christmas, then you've got a difficult problem to deal with.

My fear is that Kev will continue to deal with this numbers problem by selling low at every turn.
