Coots first since getting the “C”

Foerster has a 20 goal season under his belt. Luchanko was overwhelmed the final few preseason games and during his 4 game stint. That is a fact.

You misread. Im talking about last year. Foerster made the team as a rookie after a mediocre camp and ended up with that 20 goal rookie season. Jett had a mediocre camp but showed some good things, they gave him a shot. It only took them 4 games to judge whether he was ready.

Not really, put him against NHLers and see how he does. Flyers get a good sense of where he is. Luchenko showed he can handle the defensive end of the NHL but the offense wasnt there. Foerster was a guy who didnt look that good in camp and still made the team and he had a good rookie season

Johnson and Zamula were the most noticeable of the bad in that period. The bad timing of the Farabee penalty didn’t help.

Really? So in your mind if teams that win have coaches under 40 then it must be true that all coaches have to be under 40 years old? I get that if Torts doesn't adapt he should not coach anymore, but I really believe he has adapted and continues to try to adapt the modern athelete and game.
