that depends on what he wants to do, I have the impression he wants to stay closer to the game, which a coaching position allows him to do, but I could be wrong.

I think they went with MSL because they did not want (a) a retread and (2) someone from far outside the organization. The pool was pretty small.

So not sure who might be out there down the road, but MSL should be OK for this season and at least the start of next season, before we have to worry about it.
