The Logan movie was the best one so far.

I think he's referencing the TVA. I don't think you NEED to watch Loki, but they are pretty obnoxious with thinking you will know who these punks are and follow along.

I don't think IMDB is such a great reference though, Rotten Tomatoes can also be misleading I find.
