oh I know, but I always thought it's a very silly and rather random rule whether we can see blood or not. I'm not even sure it's written that way in the rule book.

Im pretty sure its writing that way in the rule book cause thats how they call it everytime. If the guy is bleeding from a high stick, you know its a 4 min (unless they miss it)
