Dude, Bedard could have been a -15 last game and he'll dress. You've seen enough now LA, there is the tiniest of chances his off the puck defensive game could be any worse and he never sat.

If you see Bedard like I have you've never seen a player worse defensively at any level in any decade than Bedard. And he's never sat. It's been allowed... Zero doubt in my mind Bedard would be a better hockey player with Torts as coach.

I've thought Mrazak was the best Hawk since the day he signed. Last season was bad but would have been worse without Mrazak playing elite hockey and right now he's in his worst stretch since he's been a Hawk.

And with Soderblom coming back to earth from his .920ish SPG the hawks have allowed 6, 4, 6 and 5 goals the last 4, all losses.

A concern some had, myself included, was when Sorensen came on board with the intention to open it up for offense was it would expose a youngish and bad D group needing the goaltending to be as good as it's been with Mrazak.

Allowing 4-5 goals under Sorensen may become the norm.

He has been decent at times but really bad at times too. Lately getting beat clean a little too much.

His first season in Chicago he was pretty bad. Last year he was better but still not a top 20 goalie in the NHL.

This year he has been up and down, but sub .900 Sv% is not good, no matter what team is in front of you. We've seen many good goalies put up good/decent Sv% in front of bad teams. In recent games he has been giving up a bad one per game pretty often.

Two things I’ve noticed of the Hawks this year:
1) The Hawk goalies are absolutely clueless on what to do with the puck when they cut off a dump in.

2) The Hawks D is slow at pretty much everything. Recognition, passing, and skating,

Haha assuming this rebuild works. Bears will prob f up theirs. Bulls are in purgatory. Cubs meh… Ricketts too busy buying up and developing half of Wrigleyville. Spending to win a World Series is not at the top of the list.

Hawks rebuild is my only hope.

Hard to believe that KD couldn’t work out a a deal with the Oil for Holloway, and the Blues got him for a third rd pick. The kid brings speed and some size, as a matter of fact he’d be leading the Hawks in goals. For those that wanted Kakko, Holloway brings more to the table.

The big question for me going forward is, what to do with 9.5? Is it possible he's a cancer on the team? Since he's been back they have played like dog sh it. He doesn't inspire much of anything.
