How fun is that gonna be with that infusion of multiple prospects, many 1st rd blue chippers and seemingly getting steals in Kantcerov, Lardis and maybe a gem/monster with size in Spellacy. ... Spellacy though has to spend next yr in jrs and is still 18. He was drafted in 2024.

Hawks have a rookie on each pairing. I love seeing this but containing COL is a huge ask with their top heavy skill and speed.

I hate times get changed. I would have missed an hour but was reading Bamford and saw the game started at 6:30......... Gonna be fun to see the young D vs these beasts. The structure will be tested early and often. ....They have a first time goalie in net so this could be fun for those who like to see 8-9 goals.

He can share the blame with Brodie cause that was a low percentage play. The guy was already in Reichel's hip pocket. Even if the pass connect, Reichel ain't going do poop with it since he was off-balance trying to corral the pass. After that, Reichel needed to get his ass in gear to get back

Def bad pass. Reichel didn’t put up any resistance. I’m not sure Reichel kicked it into high gear coming back at all. No clue who he thought was going to help.

They sure like to make sure that Makar is on the ice when McKinnon’s line is out there. Can’t wait for Bedard to have a Robin on his line along with say Levshunov on the backend. The Hawks obviously are missing pieces, however a good quarterback would help their offense, and not just on the PP.

Man can Makar skate. All directions. He does stuff 99% of the forwards in the NHL can’t. Could watch him all day.

He didn’t bust his behind to get back. Hawks GM just yelling at the team bc lack of effort. It’s all that’s been emphasized lately. Reichel shows none on that play. If that’s top speed then we def overhyped him.
