I'm really enjoying the greater speed on the Blackhawks it really is creating a bit more space for the players on the ice

Shows how slow Bertuzzi is… Rinzel has some hands.

The speed is evident and it will give them a lot of build on. Some rookie mistakes from the quick kids out there, but they are playing hungry.

It's really making out PK look dangerous, that is a great step in the right direction

Why can't any national broadcast get the sound right? I have no idea what the announcers were saying about Rinzel on one break, and Murphy jumping up on another break, but I got to hear House Party and Cult of Personality!

I can't wait till we get a collective group of forwards who can block a shot

An interference penalty called, I'm surprised. The officials have been letting so much interference go lately. (not tonight)

Per Friedman, Boeser not signing in VAN, wants more term. So to sign him, have to give 6 or 7 years.

Speaking of term, maybe add that extra year for Donato and get him to sign.

That second line has been gaining chemistry, starting to gel together, might be a good thing going into next year.

WTF is 17 doing on the game tying goal, it's really mind boggling how he gives 44 a free lane to score

It was nice to see them get Martinez out there in the last shift of the OT. He was there with Foligno and Vlasic.

Really interested to see who the new coach is because you have to account for the best players for the other team.

OHL - Erie is down 2-0 to London. Misiak did not score, had 4 SOG. Looks like Erie may not have the horses to beat London; if not, Misiak could get some AHL time.

Windsor up 2-0 on Kitchener. Pridham did not score, had 3 SOG. Spellacy was out again for Windsor. C Nesbitt 1A for Windsor.

Brantford up tomorrow, early game.

Kudos to the Jets for sticking around to say goodbye to Maroon and Martinez. Showed class. Western Michigan trounced BU. The best team won.

Not mind-boggling - iirc I think that line had been out there way too long - dude was gassed. Nothing more really to it other than that I think.

The team is sure more fun to watch
Torn want improvement next year but not sure how many veteran's to add
If we can get Marner sure n perhaps another forward n if we sign Donato, Would this be enough?
Hope we don't sign another defenseman.

That's true, it's just frustrating for me that in the past few games with the lead they don't shadow the best defenseman on defense.

Lazerus has an interesting tid bit about Bedard, he's 5th in the league at 5 on 5 with primary assists.

Remember all that talk about SJ rebuild, there seems to be a lot more buzz about ours now that the college kids are signing and kids like Arty are getting ice time.

Very good chance he’ll be completely overwhelmed. He’s going up against superior strength, much more experience and against the various little tricks NHL players have picked up that he hasn’t.
