It has nothing to do with style, the Flyers have bad centers and a bunch of bottom 6 forwards. It’s not working right now for anyone, they are completely being the play

But torts has a looong history of dumb decisions. As well as isolating players which, imo, doesn't help them find their ceiling.
His usage and decides of lines and linenates is questionable.
Youre smart enough, man. You know what I'm saying. Poehling should NEVER be a 1C or 2C. Not ever.
Andrae should have played long ago but torts didn't trust him.
MM had 2 games he missed. With such a high hockey IQ I'm sure he could have figured out the issue with only one missed game

Imo torts doesnt know how to utilize the God given ability of these players. He'll force a square peg into a round hole.
Its like watching a 3 year old try to fit toy shapes into holes.
I detest this guy. I tried to like him but just like everywhere else in his past he grows old VERY quickly

Poehling is playing 1C or 2C because that is the state of the Flyers centers. Who else is gonna play there? Cates? Useless Frost? Michkov was overwhelmed and still looks overwhelmed, he is taking bad penalties because he is frustrated and can’t keep up. He needs to sit and regroup more often.
