in a way it kinda makes sense, if you consider that a shot "on goal" is a puck that would've technically made its way behind the goal line had it not been for the goalie, or another player...

its like both Heineman and Evans that shot over the net from the slot were probably far greater chances than any of the other shots that were not goal
