Maybe the Preds need a shake up and both teams find some sorta trade. Lauzon, who gets brought up often, is definitely not a soft defenseman so he would help |

Last night hurt my eyes, very painful to watch.
Miller was on the ice for at least 3 goals against.
Hamilton taunting the crowd was the low point with no response from the Rangers at all. |

Realisticly, who can the Rangers trade? Trouba, Miller, CK20, Lindgren, Igor. Im not trading KK or anyone under 26 aside from Miller. Trocheck, Mika, Panarin arent getting moved. The biggest return would be for Igor.
The soft goals from last night arent helping his case for 12m per. |

I know I’m nuts but I’d trade Fox🤷🏻♂️
He’s gets to much of a pass. He’s slow and small and before you know it he’ll be like Lindgren. He makes 9 million bucks and plays far too much because they have no choice. No one looks more defeated then he does on the ice |

If they could get Zib to agree, trade them both to Ottawa for Norris and Chabot
They need another team in need of a major shake up. It’s just so difficult to do this in the cap era tho |

Devils look damn good, healthy, when Jack Hughes and Dougie Hamilton are healthy they are tough, they didn't have that a lot last year - jimbo83
They do but I don’t think they’re a wagon. Rangers were just that bad and self inflicting as usual |

I feel bad for the guy. His heart is there but he can’t handle being a top pair guy and what that player is supposed to be |

On paper yes. Mark storm hasn’t been good and a lot do their guys don’t perform in the PO. Don’t think it’s their year this year. Next few for sure |

I don’t see him getting moved. Get him a real partner that isn’t miller or Lindgren and he will thrive better
The new core will be Fox, Laf, Cuylle and I think Igor leading the next wave of players. I still can’t see Drury not signing Igor. But who knows at this point |

The biggest problem they have on the ice is the D is slow, soft and not very big. That’s a terrible combo of things to have back there
Rangers have plenty of talent/skill up front even with the older guys losing a step. Trocheck is still a bargain for what he brings, I’ll stand by that all contract long. He at least shows a pulse of emotion and being pissed off on occasion - Slimtj100

That’s my stance. Not sure how you replace Fox.

And now they have a goalie. Devils could be a dynasty. Not even kidding - Slimtj100
They’re too small.
Jones Fox Lindgren all undersized.
Miller is good size but soft and skinny, 6’5 listed at 210 lbs.
Trouba and Schneider I’d consider slightly above average bc of the height, but neither one is over 215 lbs.
Look what the Devils did, went out and added 3 defensemen that were 6’3 210 6’5 225 6’4 225 to add to Hamilton who’s already 6’6 230. Luke Hughes is 6’2 200 and Seigenthaler is 6’2 220.
Taking a hit from those guys all game feels a lot different than taking a hit from Fox Lindgren Miller and Jones all game. |

Jones replaces Fox. That’s the point of trading him lol run the PP
I know you despise Trouba, but just think of how small and soft the D will be without him. It’s frightening to think about |

What is difficult is that he has a NTC. There is no way he is waving it to go to Ottawa |

If you go with Igor, in 4 more years when this group will be ready to compete, when the add fresh players with the trades they make, do you want a 35yo goaltender? |

I’m with you 100% on the defense needs to be bigger. It’s killing them. Vegas won with a huge D so did StL and last year Florida. It matters. Up front you can get away with smaller guys
Miller is setting the org back unfortunately. He is supposed to be a difference maker back there and it’s the complete opposite happening |
