i've only been a homeowner for 7 years so this was my first assessment. every 10 years the township sends someone to assess your property. i think it's just so they can up your property taxes but there are probably other reasons for it too.

Well, property taxes is 99% of the reason no matter what other bullpoop they claim but it also can give you indication of how much to charge if you were to list it.

pretty sure it does, AI usually doesn't make any typos when it generates text, but in EK's case perhaps he set it up so that it does include typos, to make it more "authentic".
