Knee and Hip injuries ruined him. he may have never been a true #1, but all projections were showing he bottomed out as a #3 before injuries.

He (frank)ed up his back before his first pro game in NA. And he did that training. Requiring surgery to repair a disc. Then in his first season with Utica he (frank)ed up his knee. Another surgery. You know the rest.

Have not seen such goals scored on the Canucks all season. Coverage was fooled and Lankinen could not adjust to cover so he looked way out of position.
