I wanted Zadarov, but i'm glad we didn't over pay to him or Lindholm.

And Ian Cole left for free agency.
He's missed as well as Big Z on the back end.

Chef Alvin tried to replace Zadorov with Desharnais and Ward with Forbot.
Neither have looked great imo.

Let’s say he paid the 5.5 or 6 for 3 to 5 years, and the team is in the same position would bring howls from the group to fire Alvin, no win situation.

We definitely miss the size and puck moving skills of Z.
Especially with the injuries we have.
