That’s like saying Craig MacTavish drafted the core pieces for the oilers and every Gm since has failed to round out the team. - TurdFergeson
Umm, the guy is a fan of the disgusting oilers, so he does believe MacTavish built the team, no brainer…no I mean he has no brains. |

Yup Millers fault EP is a prima donna. Next up it’s the Sedins fault.

Why not start with the obvious cancer and then re-evaluate as time goes on, Pettersson would fetch a massive haul at TDL. |

7-14 at home. Fans must really be appreciating those high ticket prices to go watch their team lose.
Nice egg they laid against the 3rd worst teams in the NHL who only had 3 wins on the road before last night. - Oildrum
Take Ekholm, bouchard, mcdavid and skinner out what would you get? |

So disappointing coming into this season with such high hopes & it got off the rails like this. Apparently it was kept in house pretty good til both players & media escalated it to these levels. The signs were already there but neither player could put it past them.
Really would like to see major trades & shake it up. Plenty of talent left over for a remake & use the plenty of games left be put to good use & the playoffs still as a goal. |

MacTavish also killed a woman while drunk driving. Did prison time. So I can understand his appeal as a builder to Oilers fans. |

I don't think it's Miller's fault. I said it doesnt help when Miller is a 32 year old who also can't mature. You've built him up the last couple of season's as this incredible leader and even though you are back peddling on that all of a sudden,,,, you still find a way to lay it on younger players on the team that could benefit from a mature leader.

I tried to drive to Edmonton once…
My service engine light came on. I immediately pulled over & put my code reader on & downloaded codes. It said major oil leak do not drive repair asap. So I turned around & drove back home anyways straight to my mechanic. He scanned codes & found nothing.
Moral to the story is if something is a bad idea stop & go back to the start. |

I think this is the whole problem. Miller is not good enough to be "the guy" on a team. I think he has some leadership qualities, but if he's your highest paid player there is a problem, and now it appears that even HE agrees with this and it's affecting his mental game (which also points to him not being a total leader). Miller needs to go to a team where he can either have an A or no letter at all and just be "the hardest worker" who pots a point per game etc. He will never be a guy with a C beside his name on the Stanley Cup, it's just not in him.
Most importantly, it's pretty hard to blame a guy for taking more money than he's worth.
Please please please trade Petterson to EDM!!! I'd go Bouchard straight up for him every day that ends with Y (and throw in Skinner and maybe take Desharnais back lol (meh...maybe not)).

Poor play by the individual players first drew attention to the problem. Then the entire team started to play poorly. If the team continued to play well nobody would care if Pouty and Miller were buddies.
I blame Miller more than Pouty. This is Miller’s doing. He’s had veteran players telling him to back off. That’s saying something because (as you know) locker rooms can be a pretty harsh place. Not for the weak minded. So if teammates are telling Miller to back off then it’s got to be bad.
Pouty is a Swede. They are all a bit morose. Naslund was the same. But Pouty’s only affecting his own production. Miller’s antics has affected the entire team. He’s a cancer.

I put the blame on Miller 1st. He wasn’t getting anywhere & couldn’t lay off or change tactics that’s on him. As for Petey he shoulda either stood up for himself or say eff it & do it on the ice.
In the end Miller was & is the villain. |

Truthfully, this team is Q. Hughes, he's shown that despite whatever problems either Miller or Pouty have had in the locker room, he's always had his A-game on. I'd be happy moving them both out of town.
It'll NEVER happen, but I'd be fine if we traded Pouty, Boeser, our 1st this year and our 1st next year to Chi for Bedard. |

In the NHL loose cannons live & die by the sword. Ticking time bombs more like it. Healthy strong minds can be fine with it to a degree & lesser minds can cave. Pro sports isn’t for the timid. |

Miller stays or gone? That is an overpay imo I rather get Celebrini. |
