Actually, shorting could be risky, would be safer to buy PUTs on SPX. That way you can profit on market drop but only risk initial investment |

Emil Heineman was involved in a traffic accident yesterday as a pedestrian. Heineman sustained an upper-body injury and will be out 3-4 weeks.
Ouch.
Habs players always get the (frank)ing strangest injuries.
Terrible news, was having a really solid season.

yes. it seems like a toggle switch does the pickups. reading about it, i saw one with a slider switch because the guitar had 3 pickups so it needed 5 settings.
about these knobs. the usual knobs are volume and tone, right? so one switch and 2 knobs. what is that third knob on some guitars? is it another tone knob and if so, what does that mean? - kicksave856
Yes, the knobs are volume and tone. There are usually just one of each. But say a Les Paul Gibson has 2 of each. That way you have independent volume and tone for each pickup. And the cool thing with that is, if you roll the volume all the way of of one pickup, you can use the pick-up switch as a killswitch so it cuts out when you activate the switch to that pickup creating a cut-out effect like in the Rage Against the Machine solo in "Wake Up".
And sometimes you can pull the tone knob up and it reconfigures the pickup combinations and that is called a "coil split".
Hopefully that makes a little bit of sense.
