Oh, I complained about a lot of things that I found distasteful about this team last season but a bunch of you accused me of being negative and a whiner.

Saying that, they exceeded expectations last season. This season, they ain't anywhere close to meeting expectations. The goal of any pro sports franchise is to improve and progress. Canucks don't do that. It's like they take one step forward and two back. It's exhausting as a fan.

Oh my God you guys are drama queens. The teams in a Wild Card spot and they've had some major injuries to deal with, a psychological episode by Miller and an absolutely horrible defense that Allvin put together.

Through 40 games they have a 0.575 points percentage, which is their third highest in the past ten seasons, despite all the crap they've had to deal with this season.

The forward group needs to get healthy, and they need a bit more skill and speed, but they are generally fine. Sans the drama. It's the defense that needs a major overhaul.

Come playoffs, you need the guys who put the team on their back.

Ideally, neither gets traded. The media needs to talk about something else.

JT Miller had 3 goals in his first 61 playoff games. To those that think he’s some sort of playoff monster, it’s just not true. Petey and Miller both had 18 points in 17 playoff games in the 2019/20 bubble playoffs, outside of that it’s pretty mediocre.

Miller’s a great player when he’s on, he plays a good power forward game, but he also comes with a lot of baggage and he’s 32 years old.

Way too many people base Miller's reputation on his 1 season that he looked like he finally matured into a leader and had a big season. Same people will base Petey's reputation on a similar sample size when Petey struggled.
