i'm at work. i don't have a cottage. but i do have a story about when i was a wee toddler and saw my grandmother eating cottage cheese because there was some diet fad back then. i wandered around her chair watching until she noticed and gave me a spoonful. apparently i was expecting ice cream or something and could not get that cottage cheese out of my mouth fast enough. i heard that story so many times.

I love this city.

Use to come here often, when I was in University.

It was a $15 US stand by flight from Detroit to Chicago, flights taking off literally every hour, so you would not have to wait long.

Never liked it as much in the winter, that wind is (frank)ing cold - the coldest wind I have ever encountered.


But in the spring/summer/fall, this place is a lot of fun.

Too bad I have a 3PM flight, would not mind exploring a little.
