At least the team defense is on point. It’s really playing well, all 6 and yes Foxy too!! This is a not meant to a dyck, but I’ll take a solid defensive pair resulting in Kakko being traded all day everyday. They needed that more than anything. Miller is a different player with Borgen. I’d re-sign Borgen without a doubt

They still can’t score enough this team. They need more out of all the top 6 guys, they are all struggling to score consistently

And honestly it was clear he wanted out by his quotes to the press, which had been a pattern throughout his whole time here, increasingly over the past 3 years. So at that point you gotta just cut bait and start fresh. Wish him good luck, but everyone needs to let it go cuz trading him was 100% the right move and we got a respectable return.

He def wanted out. It just would’ve been nice if Laf/kakko were 70 point producers as pre draft projected. May have won a cup last year

Makes 0 sense. What I was thinking tho, was maybe Sykora and Bo were scratched bc roster players were being traded and they were the call ups. Having them involved in a trade for Miller makes 0 sense, but having them fill a roster spot as a call up makes sense.
