That would be great. Boeser forgetting how to skate again isn’t helping us

Laffy is a worse skater, contradictions much?

I don’t believe he is a worse skater. He is also younger and more physical. Boeser is also about to be an overpaid UFA. Laffs financial certainty has value

.5 point per game players aren’t very valuable imo, dime a dozen

4yrs younger & cheaper. Upside once away from being dragged down in NYR.
Not 1 dimensional like the upcoming UFA

2.3mil this season 7.45 mil for the next 3 seasons after that. That's banking a lot on someone who hasn't done much to earn it. Not the financial certainty I'd look for.

He was a force in the playoffs as a 22 year old. He has the pedigree, size and tools. He isn’t a guaranteed star but he still has upside. I just don’t think we can do better

Fair enough. I'm not sold on him enough to justify the risk in paying his extension. Maybe if they could flip him to a 3rd team? Sorta how they flipped the pick they got from Horvat to get Hronek.

Canucks had their Dice and Ice event last night... apparently Miller was not there:

“Miller not at dice and ice. ‘Food poisoning’ the reason"

Someone on Reddit went and posted this:

I was literally there and talked to several Canucks. None of them mentioned food poisoning.. they just said he didn't make it and weren't sure why.

In other news, I talked to Petey for about 5 minutes and I was floored. The guy was gracious, kind, and obviously really cares and wants to perform well for the fans. He actually asked me what people are saying and said he has been so frustrated. He also said he is super looking forward to the 4 nations and feels like it will be a restart.

Also for the record, Teddy Blueger looks way younger in person and is one of the nicest professional athletes i have ever met.

Career lol...I'm sure. Well that's good as apparently you can't play or understand Hockey all that well that much is apparent from your 30 idiocy of posts here every day But...keep on trying dude. I played AAA midget-Junior A-WHL and Mens AAA Hockey dude. Believe me your resume of 'tough' Hockey is an absolute joke compared to mine. Believe it lol

Wow! That’s one impressive resume. You sure had a great career in hockey. What lead you to Zamboni driving? Was it just getting to see so many ice cleans during your hockey career? Was it an easy transition from a hockey stick to a mop? I’m sure there must have been a few similarities between the 2. Please tell us more. We’re listening.

Wow. 2 insults in 1 statement.
I’m sure everyone was so impressed with your hockey skill, after all not everyone has played at such high levels. You bring such knowledge to this forum with all that experience. AAA hockey is nothing to laugh at, please go on about your wrist shot and defensive play. We are all sitting on the edge of our seats, waiting in anticipation.
Thanks in advance.

Read a rant online from an oiler fan who paid a fortune for the upcoming Caps vs Oiler game so he and his kid could go see McJesus and Ovi play. Now that McJesus is suspended, he’s furious at the Canucks and NHL for ruining his and his kid’s night. He was so pissed.
