Love how Amazon gets interviews with people you want to hear from. Wasn't it Sundin and Messier last time. - Drapz

Yeah but Leafs need guys that can fight, and help motive the guys to play physical. It doesn’t always play out that way, and he play 5 mins a night and is a -2. But I firmly believe physicality is important in the NHL.

Tampa is excellent at little white infractions. Like on that play you see Knies trying to get out to the point and there are two very minor interferences on him - none quite extensive enough to actually draw a penalty, but both contributory enough to throw him off balance and give them room and time at the point. |

Knies is that hot buttered slab of manwich power forward we've needed for so long. |

Get Marner the (frank) off the point on the PP. Dude has assumed the Rielly role just endlessly flubbing floaters from the dumbest spots. |

Marner is the smartest player in the NHL.
Probably deserves the Hart at this point in the season. |

He’s really starting to figure out the power forward / net front presence role.
That PP looked good. |

Yes absolutely worked there, entirely because he kept it low and shot for the rebound and Knies made a really good play in front.
I'm talking the 9/10 shots he's taking from no man's land that either miss the net or hit someone in the chest and go down the ice the other way. Which was fully displayed 20 seconds before that goal, twice. |
