Well, 32 isn't so old in today's NHL, but there certainly seems to be some question about his impact on team culture

What happened in Vancouver may be the bigger issue than Miller being 32.

Sometimes bringing in a guy can kick start a team to get on a roll. Rangers need something and if this doesn’t right the ship then I’m thinking there will be a rebuild/retooling.

32 is only old if the team is rebuilding. The Rangers haven't been playing well, but they still have quite a bit of talent on the team.

Avg age of NHL players is 29 YO so no 32 is not an old player.
