The fighter Florian Xhekaj is not the main piece, he is the third part of the trade. The first piece is the first round RHD, the second piece is the RFA third line center, then the fighter.

If teams were trading pieces like Schneider a deal would have been done already. I think you are going to be very disappointed when you see the return for either player.

I think Princess also has a 10 mil signing bonus coming up this summer. What GM is dumb enough to pay 21.6 mil for a player on pace for 57 points. There is one, but unfortunarely he is the GM for the Canucks.

They're actually pretty good with some plinth dampening. I'm running it through a Moon 110lp v2. Into a tank of a Denon PMA 880 which is never gonna leave my main listening setup. They just don't make them like that anymore and they're not easy to find.

Cozens has one more point than Evans and KK, his contract is 7 mil per . Byram has not played more than 55 games in 6 years and wants a big pay raise. The Buffalo deal is terrible. It is jumping out of the pot and into the fire.

Sounds like the most recent trigger for the rift in the room happened as a result of the fans chanting JT Miller on several occasions, this season. Petterson had a hard time dealing with the lack of respect from the fans.

100 percent. The guy knows what he's doing. He even stated in his follow up everyone already knows this, just no one was saying it directly. Doesn't impact the team, doesn't impact a trade.

I think people feel that once Cozens gets out of Buffalo he’s going to explode like Reinhart or Eichel. Could happen but not as likely. If you can get him on the cheap would be a good investment, but Pete should get you more than a chance.

DC is not cheap though. He is 7 mil per. His contract is worse than KK and Evans. All three have around 10 goals 25 points. That is around Pius Sutter numbers who is paid almost the same as Evans. No need for KK or Cozens.

Nice. Some good pieces you have here, my second system revolves around an all-Denon stack with the PMA2000ivr. Plus Denon CD player and tuner. A beast of a piece and just love the sound of the PMA-2000ivr. The Simaudio 110 another excellent piece. Main system in the downstairs listening room here is another beast altogether lol...topic for another day.

You aren't getting a 1C back for Petey. Cozens is 23, a bigger body, and has potential. He's a 2C with 1C upside. Getting that with Power – a legit top 4 and potential top 2 dman – is the get here.

If they add Quinn or a pick, that's likely the best package to address what the Canucks need.

Byram and Powers would be fine but keep Cozens.

I heard a unverified rumor yesterday that JR did his speech yesterday to expose FA. I heard for a while now JR wants to rebuild but can't get FA to agree, so he made it public about the feud.

It makes perfect sense to go that route. You have 3 or 4 good prospects like Willander and EP25. Keep an eye on Alriksson next year or the following one. Likker is probably 2 years away ( if you were trading a prospect he is the one I would move).

I think Hughes in two years will opt to play with his brothers ( gut feeling) and win a cup in NJ.

So my opinion is hell yeah rebuild, even more so with all the noise around the team.

I do give credit to JTM for having the balls to call out EP40 and the Canucks. Jay Beagle did not like Petey also.
