JT Miller was such a toxic player in New York, that New York couldn't wait to reacquire him. Make it make sense. Hate how it came down to this. Petey is going to carry a much bigger burden on his shoulders now and I wouldn't be surprised if he's unable to do so.

Consolation for me is Marner it would be so sweet to see him in the real blue jersey. Makes the PP click & does PK & the elite playmaking there isn’t much of in the NHL. 13m I can live with & one big piece for Hughes to play with. Even with them trading Miller, I still see them getting rid of Petey too, just for a fresh start in the locker room. You know that there's definitely still a division with players that were on Miller's side and players who were on Petey's side. Get rid of both then maybe you can get everyone on the same page again.

Anyone know if Miller was mean to Hoglander too? He has looked better.
