Not sure I’ve ever wished a season away before, but besides the start of the season and recent 10 game stretch, I just want to see this 24/25 season end. The deadline will be interesting, and Rangers still have a shot at the postseason so still time to get excited again but really just want to see what this team looks like in mid July and turn the page.

Every time I think they’ve figured it out they go and lose to the canes like they did, and the Avs. Where they pull you in again only to be bummed where the good feelings disappear pretty quickly. I just look at the roster and can’t believe they aren’t a playoff team, but then you watch the games and pretty often they look like they can’t beat a high school team. It’s been annoying as hell this year.

They had time on their side up until about now where it’s really getting hairy that if they don’t go about 22-10 the rest of the way they’ll probably miss the playoffs. That would be 96 pts and I’m not even sure that’s enough to get in. Especially in the East where the two WC teams could legit be any of 9 different teams. Buffalo and Pittsburgh probably the only two teams really out of it, and maybe Philly. And we’re at that line already basically

I will say the NHL season seems to fly by, to be 50 games played already is crazy

I'm torn on Chytil. I love him as a player, but it just seems to me there will always be the concussion thing to worry about. I just can't picture him ever staying healthy and playing an entire season.
