That's a pretty good top 3 centers. Chytil is a sneeze away from retirment . A first rounder protected 13..oh well. Draft picks haven't exactly been a windfall for NYR...like ever..soooo. lol. A reguivinated Miller may be the thing they need to get into playoffs. Less pressure on zib amd troch. Deals aren't done for Drury either. He on a mission to get more snarl on this team

I'm torn on Chytil. I love him as a player, but it just seems to me there will always be the concussion thing to worry about. I just can't picture him ever staying healthy and playing an entire season.

If Chytil can have a healthy career this deal is bad. Its a huge question mark with him and likely will be for a few yrs. The 1st in a week draft and Mancini doesnt bother me. Know nothing about other 2 players we get. Miller has a few real good yrs left

If we were in a playoff spot, this trade is fine. We might not even make the playoffs and traded for a guys 32 33 34 and 35 year old seasons. It’s desperation by Drury to try and save his own job and not a trade that has the best interests of the organization

was definitely a season that should have been leaning towards punting/selling at the deadline. not the time for a trade like this. i'll hold my judgement and see what happens, but like pickle, mostly annoyed about the 1st rounder and the fact zib is still here.

Rangers committed to JT Miller tonight. Ain’t no two ways about it. He’s immediately captain material on a team that needed a captain. It’s obvious this trade was made because of Trouba. And the plan along if people want to hate it. Chytil being injury prone sealed it for the Rangers.
